Kentucky's Finance and Administration Cabinet runs the Commonwealth's eProcurement website. It is available around the clock for vendor registration, browsing current bidding opportunities, viewing recent awards and online bidding when permitted.
Vendor Self Service (VSS)
Vendors register and manage their accounts in the eMARS Vendor Self Service (VSS) application, which also shows current business opportunities and catalog items.
