How to bid

• Primes: KYTC accepts bidder registration forms only from contractors prequalified in the work categories of the particular project. See our KYTC bidding guide.
• Registration: submit the Bidder Registration Form for each project; for the November 19, 2026 letting KYTC closed registration at 3:00 p.m. the day before.
• Submitting: bids are received electronically through Bid Express until 10:00 a.m. on letting day. Plans come from KYTC's electronic plan room.

• After the letting: KYTC posts the bids with the engineer's estimate on its website and Bid Express.
